Rachel offers a safe, quiet and healing class to explore deeply settling and healing the nervous system. Skilfully using props to enhance the postures, Rachel uses her training in mindfulness, therapeutic and somatic yoga to create a breathing space where we can home to ourselves and all that we experience.
Robyn grew up in Zimbabwe, with a great passion for nature and the outdoors. Nine years ago, she attended a Yoga class where She found stillness and a place to really see inside herself. She believes that living Yoga and its key beliefs every day lightens her heart and soul. She traveled to India to explore and learn more about Yoga and its origin, completing her 200 hours of Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India. She set up her own yoga page called "Path of Santosha" yoga is for everyBODY, she teaches Beginners Yoga class.
