Health 360 is keeping up-to-date with current government and public health Wales advice to reduce the risks associated with Covid-19 where possible.

The following precautions have been put in place:

-Covid pre-screening prior to appointments

-Risk assessment of the Centre

-Reduced use of towels

-Hepa Air Purifiers throughout the building and treatment rooms

-Touch-free toilet and door system

-Room ventilation between appointments

-Cashless payment

-Telehealth appointments available 

-Limited use of the waiting room

-Strict cleaning protocols 

-Full PPE worn by practitioner

-Transcribe protocol in place for patients hard of hearing

-Dedicated appointment times for those who are shielding, with extra ventilation prior to their appointment
